Se it resolved by the°City Council "of the City of Lyn-
Niood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood ha§
heretofore, on tne ` 15th day of June , 194,,'� ae-
. cepted the offer of Jessie A. 0'Laverty,
� for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
'the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lyin��within
said City;
• NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
, wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
, Section 1,. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
._ the said Jessie A. 0'Laverty,
. .said hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restriction�, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City shaZl convey to said purChaser no other
or greater title to said lands than ha�s been acquired by
said City, '
� Seetion 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
