AND AUTHORI'LING TFiE EXECUTION OF ,A DEEll
UPON PAYIVIENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED

Be St resolved by the City Council o�' the City of Lyn-
woofl, Califartiia, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5th day of June , 194 5 ac-
" cepted tHe offer of Horace D. Jonea and Alice Goen Jones,
huaband and wife as ,�oint tenants,
for the" purchase of all of the ri�ht; title antl interest of
the City of �Lynwood in and to certain lande lyin� within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Gity Couneil of'the C3.ty of Lyn-
ivo0d does hereby resolve, dete.^rnine and order as follows:
Section 1. •That the ,City of Lynwood shall convey to

- and wife as Joint tenante,

Section 2. That upon payment to the Gity of Lynr��ood of

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-.

apecified to Horace D, Jones, and Alice Goen Jones, husband
