. RESOL!JTION SELLING.CERTAIN REAL ESTA'PE
AND AUTHORILING THE EXECUTIUN OF �1 DEF:ll
UPON PAYMENT OF TriE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN. •
Be it resolved by the.City Council of the City of Lyn-
v�iood, California, as follows:
iM1'HEREAS, the City Council of the Cit,y of LynwoOd has , �
heretofore, on the 3rd day of _ A�ril , 194� ac-
cepted.the offer of Conrad C. Gephardt and Viola.S., Gephardt,
hueband and wife as �oint tenanta,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of I.ynwood in and to certain lands lying within
' said City;
• NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Conra�d C. Gephardt and Viola S. Gephardt, husband
and wife as �oint tenants, l
said property hereinafter desc�ibed, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, rese�vations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaaer no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
.said City..
Section 2. That upon p�yment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollare ------------- (�10.00)
the Mayor of t11e City. of Lynwood is hereby auth-
ori2ed and directed to execute a deed of conveye.nce of cer-
tain land herelnAfter described, conveying the �ame as above
speciPied to Conrad (:. Gephardt and Viola S. Gephardt, husband
