CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY, OF PROPERTY
BENEFITED BY THE WORK, OR IIv1PROVEMENT,
•IN TRACT 11862, BLOCK5 "A".AND "B", RE-
CORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, PARTICULAR-
� LY BOUNDED BY BULLIS ROAD ON THE WEST�
ERNESTINE AVENUE ON THE EAST, WALNUT
AVENUE ON THE SOUTH, AND THE PROPERTY
LINE 149.23 F�T NORTH OF PLATT AVEN_
UE ON THE NORTH, IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY GQUNGIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, DOE3 HEREBY RESOLVE

That the diagram prepared and signed by Robin A.�Graves,
City Engineer of the City of Lynwood, California, under date�of
Jun2 19, 1945,, and ahoroving the property benefTted by the work, or
improvement, in Tract 11B62, Blocks "A" and °B" Recorda oY Los
Angelea County, particularly bounded by Bullis Road on the West,

Ernestine Avenue on the East, V6alnut Avenue on the 8outh, and the
� � property line 149.23 feet North of Platt Avenue on the North, and
presented by said City Engineer to this City Council, for ita
approval, ia by this City Council, examined, and in reapect thsreto>
this City Council further resolves:
That the diagram of the property benePited by the work '
or improvement; a�'oresaid, is in all respecte proper and in con-
,. formity with the requirer�ents of the law as provided by Section
5341 and Section 5342 of the Improvement Act of 1911 of the
3tate of CaliPornia, and a11 other laws of the Sta.te of CaliPornia.
That said diagram showa the detailed map of the con-
_struction of aidewalks, curbs and gutters, showing each separate
lot or parcel of land and the dimensions of each separate lot or •,
parcel of land and the relative location o� the same to the work
proposed to be done, all within the limits of the above deacribed
property and within the said City oY Lymaood.

That seid diagram is in all reepecta exact and proper
and in accordance to the requirements of 5ection 5341 and Section '
5342 of the Improvement Act of 1911, of the State of California,
and all other laws of the 8tate of California, a.pplicable thereto,
and that said diagram is in all respecta in accordance with all
proceedings had and done, pursuant to and in connection with said
aesessment of the above deacribed property.
IQOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUkTHER RESOLVED that said diagram
of said assessment district, as signed and presented to thie Council
by Robin A. Graves, City Engineer for approval of eaid diagram ia
hereby in all reapecta aufficient, conPirmed, and approved as a
proper and sufficient diagram, showing all the property benefited
by the evork, or improvement, in above described assesament diatrict
of said City of I�ynwood, California.
PASSED and ADOPTED thls 19th day of June, 1945.
