Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood, CaliPornia, as followa: WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood did on the 16th day of ItRarch 1943, and on the lOth day of August, 1943, enter into an A$reement with the County of Los Angeles for the purchase of tax deeded pro- perty in the City of Lynwood under provisions of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 1 and 2 of the Re venue and Taxation � Code of the State of California, as amended, and � , WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood have sold the properties dea- cribed below� NOW, THEkEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood, as followa: SECTIOH 1; That the aelling price of the properties sold by the City of Lynwood, the expense of sale, and the assessments paid and the balance due the taxing agencies, if any, are as indi- cated below: SECTION 2; That the following properties were sold on the dates and to the peraona listed below and are described ae atated therein: Lot 67, Block 3, ModJeaka Park, N�ap Book 9, P�es 142 and 143.
