Be it,resoTved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: .
w'NEREAS,`the Cit;,� Counc�l of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on tlie 20th day of March , 1945 ac-

cepted the offer of Thomas C. 'Ailson and Bally B. 7911son,
husband and wife as �oint tenants,
, for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of I�ynu�ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; �
NOW, THE:REFORE, the Ci Council 6f the City of liyn-
wood does hereby resolve dete:mine and.order as follows.::
Section 1. That the City of Zynwood shall convey to
the said Thomas C. Plilson and Sally B. Wileon, hueband
and wife as �oint tenants,
said property hereinafter descrioed,.sub,Ject_to cond.itions,.
restrictions, reservations and easements of.record.
That the City shall convey to said pur.chaser- no other
or,grea.ter .title to said lands than ras been acquired by
sald City, �
Section 2. That• upon peyment to the Cit,y •of LynNrood of"
