Be S t resolved by the City Council of the City'of Lyn-
woo3, California, as follows: �
WHEREAS, tne Cit,y Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood has
heretofore,.on the 5th day of Jt�ne , 194 5'ac-
cepted the offer of Elmer W. Luther and Virginia M. Luther�
husband and wife as �oint tenanta,
for the purchase of all of Yhe right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and 'to cextain land„ lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
�voo3 does hereUy resolve, dete:mine and orcler as followa:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to �
the said Elmer W, Luther and Virginia M. Luther, husband
and wife ae �oint tenanta, .

restrictions,-re,ervations and ea.eements of recprd.
Th�t the City�shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter.ti.tle to said land� than has been acquired tiy
said City, ,
Section 2. That upon p�ayment.to the City of Lyri4�rood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollara - -- - --(�10.00)
the:P�Iayor of the City of Lynwoo'd is hereby auth-
orized an@ directefl to execute a deed of conveya.nce of cer-�
tain land hereinafter described, conveyin� the same as above
�pecified to Elmer W. Luther and Virginia M. Ltather, husband

Clerk of said City i� hereby authorized to Attest said
deed and to afflx the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lyn��ood.

escrow �greement necess.-ary to complete the transfer of szid
