THEREIN.
Be iC resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: �
WHEREAS, tne City Counc�l of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the � day of _ Mav , 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of Dudley Boulger and Ruth Boul�er, .
husband and wife as �oint tenants,
' for the purchase of all Qf the right, title and 3nterest of
the Ci�y of Lynwood ln and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
ivood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Se9tion 1, 'That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Dudley Boulger and Ruth Boulger, husband and wife
as ,�oint tenants,
said property h�reinafter described, subSect.to conditions,,
restrictions, re and easements of .record,
That the City. shall conqey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been a.cquired by
st�id Ci ty,
Section 2, That. u�on payment to the City of I,ynbvood of

the Mayqr of the City of Lynwood hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveya.nce of cer-
tain land hereinafter desoribed, conveying the same as above
specified to D� Boulger and Ruth Boulger, husba.nd a.nd
