for.the purchas� of all of`the r.ight,. title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in an3 �o certain lands lying within

NOW, `'�'HE;REFORE, �he Cit,y Council of the Clty of Lyn-
� �vood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1,� That the City of Lynwood shall conve�r to
rthe,said John 0. Fry and June F. Fr,y, husband;and wife
as �oint tenants,
said property hereinafter desgribed, sub,Ject to cond.itions,
restrlctions, reservations and easements of record, •
That the City stiall convey to said purchaser no other
or gneater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City�
� Section 2, That upon ps�yment to the Cit,y of Lynti�rood ,of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars ------(�%10.00)
the t�layor of tl�e City of Lynwood 1s hereby auth-
orSzea an� directed to exectate a deed of conveya.nce of cer-
�ain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a3 aboue
specified to John 0. Fry and June F, Fry, husband and wife.

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to afflx,the City seA1 of the City of �ynwood

Section 3. Th�t the NIayor and City Clerk of eaid City,
on beha.lf of sa.id City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow a�reement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said
landc.
Seetion 4. 'Phat the City Clerk of said City is author-
Szed to deliver said deed to the grantee,therein named, on
beh<�lf of the sr�id City of Lynv�ood, as soon as, or upori con- .
