Be �t resolved by the-City Council of the City of Lyn-
urood, California, as follo�vs:
WHEREI�S, the City Council of the Git,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the T 17th day of A�ril _, 194 5 ac--
cepted the offer of Henry Schmidt, a married man,

for the purch��se of all of the rlght, title and interest of

said City; .

said City.
Sectkon 2. That upon payment to the City of Lync�iood of _

tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
