RESOLUR'ION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AU'P.ORZ`LING tHE EXECUTION OF A DEG,ll

Be �t resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
, wood, California, as follows:
�UHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ��t _ day of P.�ay , 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of George L. De Land and Lillian De Land,
husband and �vife as �oint tenants,
for the purchase of all of Yhe right, title and interest of
the City oP Lynwood in and Co certain lands lying withln
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of,Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Sectlon 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said George L. De Land and Lillian De Land, husband
and wife as Joint tenants,
said property kiereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restriction�, recervations and easements of record,
Th�t the City snall convey to sald purchaser no other

or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
st�id City�
Section 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynrvood of
the sum of Ten a nd no/100 Dollars (�10.00)
the Tdayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute e deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to George L. De Land and Lillian De Land, husband
anc� wife as ,Joint tenarit s�

on beh�lf of the,eaid Gity.o,f liynwood, and that the City
Cle.rk of said Citq is hereby authorized to atteet said
deed and to affix the City �eal of the Ci-t,y.of Lynwood
thereto, on beYi�lf of the said City of L,yn�r�ood.
Secticn 3. lhat the Mayor and City Clerk.of sa.ld City,
on behalf of sa.1d City�, are hereby authorized to sign any..
escro'w agreement,necessar'y to complete the transfer of said .
landc. -
Section •�. '?'hat the City Clerk of �a,id City is author-
ize3 to deliS�r said deed to th� grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Ci_ty oY Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upori con-
dition tHat the said consic3eration.shall have been pAid to
saicl Ci.ty:
