will hold a Regular Meeting
on January 9, 2019 at 4 : 45 p .m.
at The Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA

Recording or Taping Notification : "As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town
will be videotaping and/or audio taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio
tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair. " We request that all cell phones be tanned off or to vibrate.
1 . Discussion and possible votes on the completeness, timeliness, and CPA eligibility of the following
funding requests and also possible votes on referral of the applications to the appropriate committees for
review and recommendation to the CPC for May 2019 Town Meeting :
a. Community Development Partnership- Cape Housing Institute- $ 7, 500 ;
b . Town of Brewster- Part Time Housing Coordinator. $37, 000 ,
c . Brewster Dog Park Development Committee- Dog Park- $ 50, 300 .
2 . Status of grant agreements from the December 2018 Town Meeting CPC approvals .
3 . Open projects updates .
4 . Annual Town report.
5 . Status of members ' conflict of interest training completion .
6 . Vote to approve minutes of the December 12 , 2018 meeting.
7 . Announcements .
8 . Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
9 . Next meeting : Wednesday, January 23 , 2019 @ 4 : 45 p . m . @ Town Hall .
