Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
vtoo3, California, as Pollows:.
WHEREAS, the City Councll.of' the City of"Lynwoad has
heretofore, on the. 15th day of ItRaY ,. 1945 ac-

cepted the offer of John 0. Fr,y and June M. Fry, husband
and wife ea �oint tenants,
for the purchase of all.of the right, title and interest of
the• City of Lynwo.od iri and to certa�.n ].and� lySng within.;
said City; '
NOW, THE:REFQRE; the Ci't.y Council of the City of Lya-
�vood does hereby re,salve, determine and ore�er as fallows:
5ection 1.. That the City of Lynwood shall conve� to
' the sai.d John 0. Fry and June Pd, Fry, husband and wife
as ,�oint tenante,
said property hereinafter deacribed, sub�ect to conditions,.
restrietionc, reservations ancl easements of record.:
Tha.t the City shall convey.to sAid purcl2aser no other �
or greater title to said lands than ras been acquirecl by
said City.
Section 2. That upon p��yment to the City of Lynr�iood of
the sum.of'Ten and no/100.Do1Tars - - - - - - - - ($10.00)
the t�Iayor of the City of Lynwood.is hereby auth-
orized and.di"rected to execute � deed of conveya.nce of cer--
tain land herefnafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to John 0. Fry and June P.?. Fry, husband and wife
as ,joint tenants,

on behalY of tha saSd City of Lynwoody and that the City
Cle,k of said City is hereby authorized to attest said ,
deed and to �fPTx the City aeAl of the City of Lyhwood
thereto, on behalf of the safd City of Lynwood.
Section 3.. That the NIayor an3 City Clerk of �&id City,
on behalf of sa.id City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow agreement necessary to oomplete the transfer of said
land3. .
Section 4., That the City �Clerk of said City is author-
lzed to deliver said deed to th� grAntee therein named, on
beY�lf of the saicl CitV of Lynwood, as soon as, or upori con-
dltion that tlie said consideration she11 h�ve been paid to
said City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is

recorded in Book 59, Page 42, of Maps
Records of Lo s Angeles County, California..
