BE IT RESOLVrD BY THE City Council of the City of
Lynwood, California, as follows:
, V/HER.EAS, a report on the proposed improvement g�enerally
described above has heretofore been nrepared by Robin Graves,
City Engineer, and delivered to the City Council of the City of
, Lynpiood_, as provided by the '�Special Assessment.Investiga.tion,
Limitation and Ma,9ority Protest Act of 1931", as amended,
" NOW, `I'FiEHEFORE, BE IT F3ESOLVED:
(1) That said City Councll of the City of Lymuood
