He it resolved by t2ie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: �
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ��� day of o„�.,, , 194,�, ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. 6Vright, a married man, �
for the purchase of a12 of the right, title and intereat of
the City of Lynwood in and to certairi lands lying within �
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woocl does hereby resolve, 3etermine and order as follows:
I Section 1, That the.City of Lynwood shall eonvey to

said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reserqations and easements of record.
That the City ahall convey said purchaser no other
or greater titZe to said lands than has been acquired by
said City, �

orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
