He it resolved by the City Council oP the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R'NEREAS, tne City Council of the City of Lynwoad has
heretofore, on the _19th day of July , 1945 ac-
eepted the offer of Sequoia lnvestment Corporation,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
evood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Sequoia lnvestment Corooration,
said property hereinafter described, sub�eot to conditions,
restrictionc, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said land� than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon p�ayment to the Cit,y of Lyn��rood of
the sum of Ten end no/100 Dolla.rs -----=(?t`10.00)
the PvIayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed,of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to SeqUOia lnvestment Corporation,

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City iG hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seGl of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of LynN�ood.
Section 3: Th�t the Ntayor and City Clerk of �aid Cit,y,
, on behalf of s�.id City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of �a1d
lc� n1�.
Section �4... 'That �the Gity Clerk of said City is Author-
ized to deliver s�id deed to the grantee thereln named, on ,
� behalf of the snid City of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
8ltion that tlie s�.id considsration shall have been paid to
said City,
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this a�;reement is
described as follow�sr to v;it:,
