AESOLUTION SELLING CERTATN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOHI'LING TfiE EXECUTI�N OF ,A DEEll
UPON PAIIviENT OF THE CON5IDERATION.NAMED
THEREIN.
Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
�r!oo3, Ca13f.ornia, as follows
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of I,ynwood has
heretofore, on the 3rd day of Anril , 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of 4rthur E. Krenelka and Rubie J.
Krenelka, husband and wife as ,joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of�'the right, title and iriterest of
Lhe City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sa3d.City;
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the C�:ty of Lyn- •
wood does hereby resolqe, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur E. Krenelka and Rubie J. Krenelka, husband
and wife as �oint tenanta,�
sai"d property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restriction�, reservations.and easements of record.
That the City shall cqnvey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands -than has been acquired by
said City,
, Section 2.. That upon p�:yment•to the.City of Lynwood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars -------(�10.Q0)
the.PJlayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of eonveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a3 above
specified to Arthur E. Krenelk� and Rubie.J., Krenelka,
husband,and �uife as ,joint tenants,

on behalf of the.said City pf Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said Cit:y is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City se�l of the City of I,ynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynurood,
� Section 3. Th�.t the M�yor an3 City Clerk of �ald Cit,y,
on behalf of sa.id City, are hereby �uthorized to sign any .
escrow a�reement necessary to complete the tran�fer of sai�
la-nds.
Sectton 4, 'Phat the City Clerk of saic� City is author-
ized to deliver �aid deed to thr� grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynti��ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shell have been paid to
said Cit�,
` Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follour�, to urit:
� Lot 37, filock 5, Ddod�eska Park, as per map recorded
in Book 9, Pages 142 and 143, of N?aps, Records of
' Los Angeles County, California.
