Be it resolved by the City Council of the.City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Citq Council o.f the Cit,y of Lynwood has:
heretofore, on the ��_ day of t�narch , 194 ac-
. cepted the offer of Lynn lN. Bryan and Ann Bryan, husband
and wife e.s ,joint tenanta,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood iri and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NOW, `?'AE:REFORE, the City Douncil of the City of Lyn-
woo3 does hereby resolve, dete•rmi and order�as follows:
Section 1. That.the-City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said' Lynn W. and Ann Bryan, husband and wife
as ,joint tenants� .
said property hereinafter describ'ed, sub,�ect to coxtditions,
restriotion�, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to-s�id purchaaer no other
or greater title to saj.d lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Sect3on 2... That upon payment to the City of,Lync�ood of
the, sum of Ten a.nd no/100 Dollars -------(�10.00)
the PvIayor of tlie City .of .Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter.described, conveying the same as above
speci,fied to Lynn W. Hryan and Ann Bryan, husband and wife
as joint tenants, •

Clerk of said City i.e hereby authorized to attest auid
deed and to affix the Gity e,eal of the City of Lynwcod
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv��ood.
Section 3. That the I�ayor and City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow a�;reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
` lands.
5ection 4. Thpt the City Clerk of said City is autklor-
ized to deliver said deed to the �rr3ntee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv�ood, as soon as; or upon oon-
ditlon that the said consideration shsll liave been paid to
