Be it resolved by the City Council of'the City of Lyn-
woofl, California, as Pollocvs:
WHEREF�S, the City Council of jthe Cit,y of Lynwood has

heretofore, on tne 6th day of June , 194 4 ac�
cepted the offer of Ar�hur C. Wright, a married man,
for the purcl�se of all of the rlght, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
' NOW, THE:R�FORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
svood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follOtiva:
- 5ection 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Vlright, a married man,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restriction�, recervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purcha�er no other
or greeter title to said land3 than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2� That upon pGyment to the �it,y of Lynwood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars -------(�10.00)
the t�Qayor of tlle City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized a�d directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described,. conveying the same aa above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
