Be lt reso.lved-by the City Counoil of the City of Lyn-
uiood, Cttlifornia, as follows: .
WHEREAS,, the City Council of, the Cit,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5th day of June _, 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wri�ht, a married man�
for the purchas� of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lyn+r�ood in.and to certain Iands lying within
said City;
NOW, THS:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
tivood does hereby resolve, determine and order as.follows:
SeCtion 1. .That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wright, s married man,
�aid property kiereinafter descrioed, sub�eet to conditions,
restrictionc, reservations and e�sements of'record.
That Lhe City shall convey to saicl purchaser no other
or grea�er title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City�
5ection 2. That upon p�ayment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollare -------(�1�:80)
the Mayor of the City of I,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and @i,rected ta execute a deed of cpnveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
