Be St resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
Nrood, CaliPornia, as follows:
iNHEREAS, tne City Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood has
, heretofore, on the _3rd day of Ju�,y _, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Mabelle C. Geagan, as her sole and
� eeparate property, �
for the purchase of all of the right, title and.lnterest of
the City of Lynuiood in and to Certain lands lying withiq
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Counci3 of the Ci.ty of Lyn-
�t�ood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall conve�� to
the said Mabelle C. Geagan, as her eole and separate property,
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrlction�, re�ervatlons and easements of record.
lhat the City shall convey to sald purchaser no other
or,greater title to said lands than ras been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynv�ood of
the aum of Ten snd no/100 Dollare -------(�1�.�0)
, the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hei•eby auth-
orized and directed to execute � deed of conveya.nce of cer-
�tain land hereinafter,described: c�aveying the same a� above
specified to Mabelle.C, Geagan, as her sole and separate property,

5ecticn 3. That tiie Ntayor and Citv C.lerk of sai3 CS.ty,
on behalf of sa.id City, are h�reby authorized to sign any
escrow a�reement necessary to complete the tr3nsfer of said
l�nds.

ized to deliver �aid deed to the frantee therein named, on
beha.lf of the s�id Cit�� of Lyne�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
