THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City�Councii of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 15th day of �� ,'194,�, ac- .
cepted the offer of Lawrence D, Bell,
for the purchase of all of�the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
gaid Ci't,y ;
N077, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as followa:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey tp..
the said Lawrence D, Bell,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to condit3�ans;
restrictions, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid lands than has been acqulred by
said CSty,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollara -------($10,��)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter desaribed, eonveying the same.as above
apecified to Lawrence D, Bell�

on behalf of the said City of Lynw�od,,_ and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby.authorized to attest eaid
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of' Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of L�n��ood..,

escrow agreement necessary to complete the trarrgPer of said
lands..
