RE30LUTION OF REPORT UPQN HEARZNG ON INVESTS_

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councll of the Citq of Lynwood�
Galifornia, as followss
(1) That pUrsuant to Section 8 of the "Special Aeseas-
ment Investi�ation, Limitation and MaJoriLy,Protest Aet of 1931p,
the following report be, and the same 3s, hereby made oP the
findin�s and determinations of said City Coancil made upon the
hearing held and conducted by eaid City Gouncil pursuant to
its order theretofore duly made, upon the Investigation Report.
, upon the ¢ontemplated improvement of Tract 10503 in the City of
Lynwood, lying 3outh of Fernwooci Avenue and Between Bullis
Road on the West and MurieZ Drive on the East, exceptin�; Lots
1 and 109 to 116 inclueive, by constructing enrbs and guttere
and by �he doing oP necessarq app�artenant work, ae propoaed in
Resolution No. 1840 of the City Council oY the City of Lynwood;
(a) That the hearin� upon said Investigatinn Report was
held on the 18th day of September, 1945, at the hoar of St00
o'cZock P� R4., at the Council Chamber in the City Hall, in said
City oP Lynwood, and said heaM n� was Pnlly completed and con-
cluded on said date without ad�ournment;
(b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk of
the City oY Lynwood presented to said City Couneil his Affidavit
_ oP Mailing of Noticea in the time, Porm and.manner and ta the
persons as required.by law; that said Affidavit is now on file

in the office of said City Clerk;
(o) That at.the commencement of said hearing and before
proteata were conaidered, the Znvestigation Report above re-
ferred to (except as to the map, plat or diagram attached thereto
and the asseeaed valuations and true valuations of, and assesa-
ments and eatimated asaessmenta upon individuel parcela of land)
wae read and explained to those sasembled in attendance at said I
hearin�; �
(d) That there were �� pereona in attendance at eaid
hearing, other than those holding and conduoting same, in oon-
nection with the hearin� of said report;
(e) That �_ written protests were filed with the City
Clerk of the Clty of Lynwood at or before the time fixed for
sald hearing;
(f) That there were �_ written protests made or pre-
'sented at or daring the progresa of said hearing;
(g) That there were oral protesta made at said hearing.
(h) That said wTlt�en protests were filed by the ownera of
lese than fifty per cent (50�), viz., per cent of the total
area of the diatrict proposed to be aesessed for the payment oP
the coats of said improvement; and
(i) That the nature of the proteste made ia as follows:
