6 : 30 PM CITIZEN ' S FORUM - Members of the public are invited to address the Planning Board during this
time . The Planning Board asks that a 3 minute maximum comment period be respected by the
speaker . In order to avoid any possible interpretation of a violation of the Open Meeting Law , the
Planning Board will not provide comment in return to the speaker, however the item may be moved
to a future agenda if discussion is deemed warranted .

• Preliminary Subdivision Plan Application #2018 -26 : Applicant/Owner : Terrace Harrison , LLC .
Representative : Peter S . Farber, Attorney at Law for property located at 150 Gull ' s Way and
shown on Assessor' s Map 63 , Lot 24 in the Residential Low Density( R- L) zoning district . The
Applicant submits a Preliminary Subdivision Plan proposing to subdivide one ( 1 ) lot of
approximately 5 . 78 acres into two (2) lots . The Applicant also seeks waiver of the strict
