RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTES'PS, DET�_RbSINING THAT
THE PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE AND NECEBSITY
REQUTAE THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS AND THAT SAID
PROJECT IS FEASIBLE. ,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, as follows:
�HEREA3, the City Counail of the City of Lynwood, did,
on trie 7th day of Auguet, 1945, direat the preparation of an
Investigation Report under the provisions of the "Special Asaesa-
ment Inveati�ation, Limitation and Ma�ority Protest Act of 1931u
upon the proposed improvement of Tract 10503 in the City of
Lynwood, lying South of FernAOOd Avenue and between Bullle
Road on the Weat and Muriel Drive on the �'ast, Excepting Lots
1 and 109 to 116 inclusive, by constuucting cvrba and �uttera, and
���s, said Report having been duly prepared and filed,
a hearing was held thereon by said City Council on September 18,
1945, in the manner provided in eaid Act above referred to; and
PlHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has here-
tofore, and on the 1$th day of September, 1945, adopted ite Ree-
olutlon of Report of said hearing, which eaid resolution of report
was, on the 18th day of September, 1945, Filed with the Clerk of
said City Council, all in the time, form and manner required under
the pronlsions of eaid Act above referred to; and
I WHEREAS, less than thirty daya have expired since the date

" NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve aarf�ol�lowa:
�(1) That the proteeta made at said hearing on said In-
vestigation Report be, and the same are hereby overruled;
� (2) That the public intereat, convenience and neceasity
require the doing and makin� of the public S�provement.aet forth
and desaribed in said Report above referred to and subetantially
in the manner therein set forth;
(3) That the pro�ect, consisting of the proposed improve-
ment above ref erred to, ie feasible;
(4) That the estimated total amount proposed to be
aeseased Upon any or all lots or paraels of land for the costa
and expenses of eaid proposed improvement does not exceed the
limitation of'indebtedness eatabliahed and eet forth in said Act
above rePerred to and will not, by the levy thereof, cause said
limitation to be exceeded in any inatance;
(5) That no maJority protest in writing haa been filed bq
the ownere of property propoeed to be easessed to pay the coets
and expensea of eaid proposed improvement or anq part thereoP, in
the manner provided in said Act above referred to:
(6) That it is hereby ordered that the proceedin�s for
the making of said proposed improvement be undertaken pursuant
to the provisione oP an Act of the Legislature of the Sta.te of
CaliB>rnie deaignated as Lhe "Improvement Act of 1911", approved
April 7th, 1911, and amendmenta thereto.
