WHEREAS, the gtate of CaiiPornia under Chapter 47,
Statutes of 1944, (4th Extra Seesion} k�as appropriated funda for
allotment to provide financial aseistance t� Local Ageneiea defined.

of dtePra9ing not to exceed one-laelf the cost of acquiring righta-

WHERF.A+B, the City of Lynwood hereinafter deaignated
ae "Local A�enesy", deairee to eulxni t its requeat for State aid in
the acquieition of a right-of-�ray or site under said Act; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Local Agencsy hereby certiFies
' that the total coet p�id or eatimated to be paid Por the acquiaition
of the rlght-oP-�ay or aite for whleh it is requestin� aid txnder

BE IT F'[JRTHER RESOLVED, that Local Agency herebyiequests
t�e State to pay the State's ehare of the total cost paid or to
