�rlood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, tne City Council.of the Cit,y of Lynv�ood has
heretofore,•on the 2 2ng day of Au�uet _, 194� ac-.
cepted the offer of.Henry G. Schmidt and Mar�taerite T. 8chmidt, hus-
band and wife ae �oint tenante,
for the purch,�se of all of Yhe right, title and interest of
the City of Lync!ood in an3 to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Gouncil of the City of Lyn-
ti�+ood does hereby reso].ve, determine and order as follows:
Seetion l, That the City of Lynwood shall conve5� to
the saifl Henry G. Schmidt and bIarguerite T. 8chmidt, huaband
and wife as �oint tenants,
said propPrty hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
re�trictionc, re;;ervations and ea�ements of record.
That the City sh�ll convey to said purchaser no other
or gre�.ter title to sai.d la.nds than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynwrood of
the sum af Ten and no/100 Dollare -------($10.00)
the P�Iayor of the Cit;� of Lynwood is hereby auth- •
orized and directed to execute a dee3 of conveyance of cer-
tain J_and hereinafter described,, conveying the same as above
specified to Henry G. Schmidt, and Marg�uerite T. Schmidt husband
