Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn- �
uiood, California,. as floll�ws:' -
bYHEREAS, the City Council of the Git,y of Lynvaood has
heretofore, on tlie 17th d,� ,�f april , 194� ac-

bepted,the'offer of Ethel B. Cooper, a married woman
for the purchase of all of the right,, title and interest of
the C3ty of Lynvrood in and to certain lands lyin� within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
ivood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to

Th�t the City shall convey to said_ purchaser no other
