Member Weir introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2012-42
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
LORAM MAINTENANCE OF WAY, INC.
WHEREAS, Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. has generously offered to donate $200
(the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the Medina Police Reserve Equipment
Fund and to the Loretto Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Loram
Maintenance of Way, Inc. for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
