Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wiood, California, as follok�s:
WHEREAS, the.City Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on tiie �;,h_ day of Febr�zarv > 1945 ac-
cepted the off�r .of IJielbo�_zrne Louis iQotivlin
for Lhe purchase of alI of the right, title and interest of
the City of,Lynu!ood in and to certain lands lying v�ithin
said City;
' NOW, TIiE'R�FORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to

restriction�, recervations and ea�ements of record.
That the City snall convey to sald purchaaer no other
or greater ti.tl� to said lands than r�s bzen acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon �.�rayment to the Cit,y of Lynviood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars -----;�10.00)
the r�ayor of the City of Lynwood is her�eby auth-
oriz�d and directe@-to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a3 above
specified to Melbourne Louis Pdov�lin

Clerk of s3id City is hereby authorized to attest said

thereto, on behalf oP the said City of Lynurood,

escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
