In the matter of the Proposed Improvement of that
property in Tract 10503, in the City oP Lynwood, lying South
of Fernwood Avenue and between Bullia Road on the West and
Nuriel Drive on the East, excepting Lota 1 and 109 to 116
, inclusive, by constructing sidewalks, curbg and gutters completely
within the a.bove deacribed boundary.
Resolution Proposing to Imp_r.ovement Proceedings
and Directing Preparation of Report: .
� B� IT RESOLVED by the City Council oP the City of
Lynwood, California, as followe:
1. That the public interest, convenience and
necessity requires, and the City Council of the.City
of Lynwood proposes to institute proceedings for the
improvement hereinafter set forth.
2. That the general nature, location and eatent oP
such proposed improvement is a.s follows: the construction
of sidewalka, curbs and gutters along the streets and �lleys,
including all intersections �' said streeta and alleys, in
the County of Los Angelea, City of Lynwood, State of California,
to wit: All of that portion of Tract No. 10503 in the City
of Lynwood as recorded in the County of Los Angelea and
lying South of Fernwood Avenue and between Bullis Road
on the Wast and Muriel Drive on the East, except Lote
1 and 109 to 116 inclusive.
3. That the nature, location and extent of auch

propoaed improvement is particularly shown on Plan Pdap
No. �_ on Pile in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Lynwood, which plan is open for inspection
by all interested persons a.nd to which plan reference is
hereby made for all particulara relative to said improvement.

4. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood pro-
poses to do the above work or improvement by contract, the
cost of which ia to be paid by special asaesament upon
benefited property; that the contra.ctor ahall furnish all
materials, labor, supplies and equipment necessary to do
the above work or.improvement,
� 5. That it ia hereb determined that no part of the
cost of said improvement is to be paid by the City of
Lynwood. '
6. That the whole of the coet and e xpense of said
improvement is to be paid b,y special aseeeament upon bene-
fited properties.
7, That it is hereby determined that the 8tatute under
which it ia proposed to conduct the proceedings for said
proposed improvement ie that Act of the Legislature of the
State of California known and designated as the "Improvement
Act of•1911", approved April 7, 1911 (Statutes of 1911,
page 730), and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary
thereto, with bonds to be issued as authorized under the
provisions of said Act, and that it is hereby determined
� that it is proposed to adopt the alternative procedure set
out in Section 3A of said Act for the doing of the work
authorized thereunder. '
8, That the boundary or extent of the diatrict or lands
to be apecially assessed to pay the costs of such proposed
improvement, or any part of such cost thereof, are described
as follows:

Angeles and lying South of Fermvood Avenue and bet�een

9. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
, appointed, designated and ordered to prepare and deliver
to said City Council a written report upon the said pro-
posed improvement in the form preacribed by and in accord-
ance with the provisions of the "Special Assessment Invest-
igation, Limitation and h4a�ority Protest Act oP 1931°,
as amended.
Approved and adopted this l6th day of October, 1945. •
