CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2012-43
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
WEST FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION
WHEREAS, West Financial Credit Union has generously offered to donate $100 (the
"Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the Crime Prevention Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to West
Financial Credit Union for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks West Financial Credit Union.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
