Be it resolved by the City Council of the City oY Lynwood, California, as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood did on the 16th day oY March 1943, on the lOth day of August, 1943, and on the 6th day of Pdarch, 1945, enter into an Agreement with the County of Loa Angeles for the purchase of tax deeded property in the City of Lynwood under provisions oY Division l, Part 6, Chapter S, Article 1 and 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code oY the State of California, as amended, and WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood have sold the properties described below, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by.the City Council of the City of Lynwood, as SECTION 1; That the selling price of the properties sold by the City of Ly mvood, the expense of sale, and the asaessments paid and the balance due the taxing agencies, if any, are as indi- cated belows SECTION �; That the following propertiea were sold on the dates a.nd to the persons listed below and aPe described as stated thereint � .
