Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of I;yn- .
wood, Galifornia, as follows:
WHERF,�S, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 28th day of Au�ust , 1944 ac- .
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wright and Merle D.
Wright„
for the purchase of all of the r3ght, title and intereat of
= the Cfty of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; •
NOW,,THE',REFORE, the City Council,of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
'' " Section I.'° That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wright and 4derle D. Wright,
said property hereinafter descri'oed, sub,Ject to cond.itions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record. . �

Section 2. That upon p�yment to the Cit,y of Lynti�tood of

orizsd and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
f,ain _land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above

escrow agreement nece,ser�ry to complete the transfer of said '

ized to deliver �caid deed to the gr�ntee therein named, on
behalf of the-said Citv of Lyn���ood, ae.soon as, or upon con-
