Minutes of the Town Commission, February 4th,1946.
Present: Commissioners W. B. Webb and Wm,d. Bauer
This meeting held to discuss plans for the coming General Election
to be held on Tuesday March 5th,1946.
A petition was submitted suggesting the names of:
W. S. Webb for Mayor
L. Seton Lindsay for Vice Mayor
Wm.d.Bauer for Town Clerk add Tax Collector
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried this petition was
accepted and sample ballot was presented which was accepted.
The Co:,mission appointed Mrs. W.J.Bauer and Miss Mabel Kernstoek
to act as Clerks at this bleotion.
The proposed budget for the year 1946 was submitted and approved,
The tax millage was set at 2 mills. Copy of budget attached hereto.
There being no further business to come before the meeting it
adjourned.
