A RESOLUTION OF THE CTTY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING.REPORT OF THE CITY ENaINEER AND FIXIN(3.A TIME
OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE PROPOSED.IMPROVEMENT OF
THAT PROPERTY IN TRACT 10503 IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
LYIN(3 SOIITH OF F'ERNWOOD AVENUE AND BETtiNEEN BITI,LIS ROAD
ON TfiE WEST AND MURIELDRIVE ON THE EAST, EXCEPTING LOTB
1 AND 109.T0 116, INCLIISIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Lgnwood�
as folloWS:
WHEREAB� a report on the proposed impronement, to-wit:
l�he construction of cement concrete sidearalka, curbs, gutters
and appurtenances in Tract 10503 as above has been .
, prepared by Rob3n A. Gravea, �ity Engiaeer� and delivered to the
�ity C ouncil of the City of Lynwood� as provided by the"Special
• Asseasment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of
1931," as amended, as directed by the City Council at their regular
meeting held on October 16� 1945.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the City �ouncil of the City of Lynwood does
hereby approve,said report and orders that said report be filed
with the Citp Clerk.
2. �'hat the City Council hereby Pixes the 4th day of
December, 1945� at the hour of 8:00 o+clock P. M. as the day and
hour, and the Counail Chamber oP the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street,
in the City of I,ynwood, Qlalifornia, as.the place vrhen and Where any
and sll persons interested may appear befo^e said City Council and
be heard on any matter pertaining to said report.
3. 1'hat the City Clerk ia hereby ordered�to give the notice
preseribed by 3ection 6 oF said "3peciel Assessment Znvestigation,
Limitation and Ma�ority Protest Act of 1931" to all persons desi-
gnated in said Section 6.
