A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI3E CITY OF LY2QWOOD
REPORTING IIPON HEARING ON INVESTIGATION REPORT IN CON-
NECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF BANITARY SEWERS AND
' APPIIRTENANCES IN THE DISTRICT HEREZNAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE.IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of I:ynwood�
as folloras: .
1. That pursuant to Seation 8 of the "Special Assassment
Investigation, Y,imitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931," the
foIloming report be, and the same is, hereby made of the findings
and determinations of said City Council made upori the hearing
held and.conducted.by said C1ty Council purauent to its order
theretofore dulp made�. upon the Znvestigation Report upon the
proposed conatruction of sanitary sewers and appurtenameea in the
following deacrlbed diatrict:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Tract 13245;
thence east to the northweat corner of Lot 1, Block l,
Tract 9288; thence southeeaterly along the north line of
Block 1 to a point of intersection with a lirie 50 feet
(50t) north of tha north boundary of Block 8; thence east
paralleling the north liae of Block 8.to s point of lnter-
section with the northerly prolongation of the west line
of Lot 12� Tract 8728; thence south along the �est line
of the aoutherly prolongation of Lot 12, Tract 6728 to
tHe Southwest corner of Lot 55, Tract 6728; thence west
along the 5outH boundary.of I,ot 11, Tract 6728 to the
Southwest aorner of ssid Lot; trience.southwesterly to the
south line of Lot 18, Block 6, Tract 9288; thence west to
the Southeast corner of Lot 19, Block 6, Tract 9288; thence
North to the Northeast corner of said Lot� thence west along .
the north line of said Lot and ita westerlg prolongation to
a point of intersection with the West boundary line oP
Tract 13245; thence �orth along said boundary to point of
beginning,
as proposed in Resolution No. 1857 of the �ity Council of the �ity
of Lynwood.
(a) That the hearing upon said Investigation Report was
held on the 23rd day of October, 1945, at the hour of 8:00 otcloak
P, M., at the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street�

in said City of Lgnwood, and said hearing was fully completed and
concluded on said date without adfournment
(b) That at the time of said hearing. the �ity Clerk of
the Citp of Lynwood preaented to said City Council his Affidavit
of Mailing of �otices in the time, form and manner and to the
peraons as required by law; that said Affidavit ia now on file
in the Office of said City Clerk;
(c) That a:t the commencement of said hearing and before
pro�sts Were considered and had, the Znvestigation Report above
referred to (except as to the map, plat, or diagram attached
thereto and the assessed valuationa and true valuations oP, and
assessmenta and estimated assessments upon individusl parcels oP
lead) �as read and explained to those assembled in atteadance at
said hearing;
(d) That there xere ,12 persons in attendaace at said

hearin�, other than those holding and conducting same, in con-
naction with the hearing of said report; - -,
(e) That no written protests �ere filed with the City �
Clerk of the Citg of Lynwood at or before the time Sixed for
said hearing;
(f) l hat there were no �rritten protesta made or presan-

ted at or during the progress of said hearing;
(g) 2'hat there were no _ oral protests made at said haaring.
(h) That said written protesta were filed by the owner of
lesa than fiPty per cent (50�), viz., 00 per cent of the total area
oP the district propoaed to be assessed for the payment of the costa
I oP said improvement; and
(1) That the nature of the protasts made ia as follows:
