Councilmember Kevin Brown introduced Bill No. 2005-94, being for an Ordinance entitled as follows: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SEWERAGE SYSTEM REFUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS (STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM) SERIES 2005B OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTENDING AND IMPROVING THE CITY'S SEWERAGE SYSTEM; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF THE • BONDS AND THE AGREEMENTS MADE BY THE CITY TO FACILITATE AND PROTECT THEIR PAYMENT; AND AUTHORIZING A NO—INTEREST LOAN FROM THE WATER AND WASTEWATER LOAN REVOLVING FUND OR THE WATER AND WASTEWATER LOAN FUND OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI AND PRESCRIBING OTHER.RELATED MATTERS. The Series 2005B Bonds are scheduled to be issued on November 30, 2005, and the City expects that they will be issued on that date.
