Minutes of the Town Commission held on February 9th,1946.
Present: Commissioners W.E.Webb and Wm.J.Bauer
The minutes of the meeting held on January 2nd,1946 were
read and approved and ordered filed.
In order to curb reckless driving on the highways and streets
of the Town, it was moved seconded and carried, that Bruce
Wheeler be appointed a Town Police Officer for one month
commencing February 11,1946 at a salary of $`p250.00 for the
month. It was also moved seconded and carried, that W.E.Wilcox
be appointed to act as Munici)al Judge Tor the same period,
court to be held one night a week and W.E.Wilcox to receive
$5.00 per night.
There being no further business to come before the meeting
it adjourned.
