Be it resolved by the.City Council of the City of Lyn-
�rodd, California, as Pollu�us:
� iNHER�S, tne City Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood has

Husband and wife as �oint tenants,
for the purchasP of.all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynu�ood and �o certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEI3EFORE, the City Council. of the City of Lyn-
ivood does hereby resolve dete:mine and order as follows:
Section l, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
�� � the said LeRoy S. Curfew and Vera Curfew, Husband and wife

�aid property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions;

Section 2, That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynviood of

�rized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-

on behalf of the aaid City of Lynwood, that the Cit�
, Clerk oP said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City Eeal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of LynH�ood.
Section 3. That the M�yor and Gity Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to eign any
escrow a�;reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
land�.
Section �. 'Phat the Clty Clerk of said City is author-
3.zed to deliver said deed to the grontee therein nrzmed, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynu.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said•considerAtion shall have been paid to
said City.
