Be it resolved by the City Council of tne City of Lyn-
�+rood, California; as follows:
WHEREAS, tne Gity CounCil of Lhe City of Lynvrood has.
hereto£ore, on the 23r�_ day of �etnhar , 194� ac-
cepted the"offer of Harold G. Bishop and Mary A.
Biahop+ husband and wife as �oint tenants,
for the purchase oP �11 of Lhe right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying u�ithin
said City;
NOW, THE:R�FORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resoive, dete:mine and order as follows:
5ection l; That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
= the said Ha.rold G. Bishop and Mary A. Bishop, husband-
and wife as �oint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restriction�, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the Ci*y shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater ti.tle to said lands than h2s been acquired by
said CS ty�
Section 2. Tha.t upon p�:yment to the Clty of Lynvtood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 =�- ------ Dollars (�10,00)
the PJfayor of the City of ,Lynwood is hereb,y auth- -
oriz�d and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of csr-
tain 3and hereint�fter described, conveySng the eame a3 above
specified to Harold G. Bishop and n4ary A. Bishop, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants,

Clerk of said City is hereb,y authorized to attest said
deod and to af�'ix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf-of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3a Th�t the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on beha.lf of said City, are hereby authorized to eign any
escrow a�;reement necessary to complete the trpnsfer of said
l�ndc.
Section 4. `Phtat the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the �rnntee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynv.�ood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considertztion ehall have been paid to
said C'� ty.
