Be it resoived by the City Council of the Cit,y of Lyrn��ood,
Californ�a., as follows:

19a5, adopt its Resolution No. 1874 to order the improvement of

trenches with bi�uminous macada.m paveme,nt in the streets and al-

ifornia, described as follows:

ing that the same vra.s published according to law; and
�1dHEREAS,� said City Clerk has also presented and filed his
affidavit of mailing notices of the adoption of said Resolution
of Intention in the Zime, form and manner, and to the persons,
all as provided in the °Improvement Act of 1911", as amended; t�nd
WHEREAS, tYie City Engineer--Superintendent of Streets has
heretofore presented and filed an affidavit showing that noticea
of the nassage of said.Resolution of Intention have been posted
in the manner pT�ovicled by said "Imnrovement Aet of 1911", as
amended; and
WHEREA5, no further writ��n protests were filed a.nd no ora.l
protests were na.de a.t the said time,and place of hearing. .
