Be it reso.lved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woo3, California, as follows:
VJHEREAS, tne City Council.of the Gity of Lvnwood Yias
heretpfore, on the :�rd day of Ju� _, 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of �Roy S. Curfew and Vera.Curfew,
husband and wife as ,joi�nt tenants,
for.the purchase of„all of tl�e right, title and interest of
the Ci"ty of Lynwood in and to certain lancls�lying uaithin

• NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wo0d does hereby reaolve, determine and order as followsc ,
5ection 1. `Phat the City of Lynwood shall convey,to
the said LeRoy S. Curfew arid Vera Curfew, husband and wife
as �oi�nt tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
re�triction�, reservations and ea.sements of record.
That the City shall conve.y to said purchaser no_other
or greater tl.tle,to said lands than h�s been-acquired by
sAid City,
Section 2. Th:�t upon p��ymr:nt to the �it,y of Lynw�ood of
the sum of Ten and no/lOG Dollars - - - - - - - - -(�10.00)

orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain ]_and hereinafter descrSbed, conv�;ying th� same aU above
specified to LeRo,y S. Curfew and Vera Curfew, husband and wife
as joint tenants.

on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to sign any
eacrow a�reement necessary to complete the tronsfer of s�id
lt�nds.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk of said City is author- �
ized to deliver said deed to the gra,ntee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con- �
