, ment Investigation, Limitation and Ma�ority Protest Act of 19�1,"

, held and conduci,ed by said Cit,y Council nureuant to its order
theretofore dt31y nade, upon the Investiga.tion Report upon the pro- �
posed construct9_on of curbs, •gutters, eideua.lks, and drive��7ay
aprons ancl ap��urtenances in the foll�2ng described district:

of Mailing of ATOtices in the time, form and manner and to the
persons as required. by la.�^a; that said _Affidavit is nova on file

(c; That at the commencement of said heasing and before

said hearing;

nection with the hea.rin�; of sAid report;
(e) That no Hritten proteets �vere filed with the City
• CTerk o f the City of Lyrn��ood zt or before the time fixed for
said hearing;
(f) That there �vere no written protests made or presen-
ted. at or during the progress of said hearing;
(g) That there were no oral protests made at said
hearing.
(h) That said written protests were filed by the owner
of less than siity per cent (50'/0), viz., 00 per cent of the total
area of the c?istrict proposed to be t�_ssessed for the payment of the
costs of said improvement; and
(i) That the na.ture of the protests made is as follows:
