S"dHEREP.S, the City Council of the City of LYnw�ood, did on
the 16tn day oi October, 1945, flirect.the preparation ot' an Inves-
tigation report unden the provisions of the "Special Assessment �
Investigation, Limitation and n2ajority Protest Act of 1931" upon
the nroposed con�truction of curbs, gtatters, sidewalks and drive-
way aprons and a.ppurtenant work in the diatrict described as
follows:
� In that property lying South of Fernu�ood Avenue
and betureen Bu11is Road on the t,"Iest and. P,?uriel Drive
� on the E excepting Lots'l�and 109 to 116, inclu-
'� ' - sive, in Tra.ct 105C!3, in the City of Lymr-ood, County__
of Los An�;e7_es, State of California all as desc:ribed
in PJ�ap 1°459' on file in the Office of the City Clerk
of said_ City, and
'NHEREAS', said Report havina� been duly prepared and filed,
a hearing w�S, h�l@ thereon by said City Council on December 4,
1945, Sn the mAnner provided in sald Act above referred to, and '
'. iM1^'HEREAS, the City Council of the City cf Lynvaood has here-
� tofore, on tne 4th d�y ofDecember,.1945 adopted its Resolution of
Report of said nearing, which aaid resolution ofreport was on tihe
' 4th day of Decemt�er, 1945 filed with the Clerk of said City Council,
all in the time, iorm and manner required under the provisions of
said Act above.referred to, and

2. That all the protests made or filed at or before said
hea.ring on sai.d Investigation Repert be, and the sa.me are hereby
overrixl ed.
3. ?'hat the public intere�t, convenience and necessity
reouire the doing and ma.king of the public improvement set forth
and d.escribed in sa.id report above referred to ?nd �ubsta.ntially
in the manner therein set forth.
4. That the pro,�ect consisting of the . proposed improve-
ment above referred to is feasible. �
5. `�'hat the estimated total amount propoeed to be esaes-
sed upon the lots or parcels of land for the costs a.nd expenses of
sa.id proposed i�aprovement does not exceed the limitation of indebt-
edness established and set for;th in said Act above refer�red to.
6. Tha� the esti*nated amount nropoeed to be as�esse3
uoon certain of the lots or parcels of land for the costs and ex-
penees of said pr�onosed improvement does exceed the limitation of
indebtedness established and set forth in said Act.
7, lhat all thelands to be a.ssessed, snd speficially
those certain lots or parcels �vherein the daid debt linitation will
be exceeded by the doing and making of said nroposed improvement,
vrill be able to ca'rry the burden of sucn proposed asse�sment,
8. That no ma,Jority protest in tivriting ha.s been filed
by tne owners of property pronosed to Ue a.ssessed to nay the costs
and expenses oi said proposed improvement, or any part thereof, in
the manner p'rovided in said Act above referred to.
9. That the limltations on the a.mounts of those assess-
ments v�hich sr�ll exceed the sazd debt limitation shall be disre-
aarded.
10. That this resolution shall be enterecl in full upon
the minute� of this City Council.

11. mhat it is hereby ordered that the proceedings for
the making oi said proposed improvement be undertaken pursuant to
the provision� of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Calif-
ornia designated as the "Improvenent 9ct of 1911," approved April 7,
1911 and,amendments thereto.
APPRO?TED and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1945.
