WHFRFAS, the City Council of the City of Lymarood, County

termined that the pro,ject is feasible a.nd the public interest,
convenience and necessity reauire the improvement substa.ntially
as set forth in s�.id report, and .

sement,

City of Lymvood the public interest :;nd convenience require and it

SEC`i'I0I4 2_ That, purusent to the �:,rovi�ion� of Sections
3a and b of ihe "Improvement Act of 1911,° as amended, the Citf
Council of the Gity of Lvnw�ood proposes to do the abcve uiork, or
� improvement, by contraet; no contribution of either labor or ma-
terial will be mude by the-City of Lynwood a.nd the er_tire cost of
said improvement is to be r�aid b,y special assessments upon bene-,
fited property.

described in Section 1 hereof, shall be done in aecorda.nce with

� SE CTICIQ q; The work, improvement, for the furnishing

SEC`I'TON 5: Said eontemplated viork, or:_im�r.ove�ent, in
� the opinion of the City Council, is of more than local or ordin-
�ry pablic benefit, and_ the City Council hereby determines and
decla.re� that the district.to be benefited by said work, or improve-
, ment, and to be assessed to pay the costs �nd exnenses of fi2rnish-
ing all the materia.ls a.nd si;pplies necessssy to do the a.obve u�ork,
or improvement, is tY_�e district described in 9ection 1 of this
Resolution, and as outlined in Plan No. 1945A on file in the
Office of thc City Clerk, reference to t�Jhich is hereby made for
•more parti�ulars.
SE CI'IOiV 6: That it is determined. that no part of the
coet of said ini7rovement is to �e �aid by the �iuy of Lym.^rood.
- The entire cost,of labor, materials and supplies is to be r,aid by
� special aesessmen�s upon benefited property, and all the labor,�
materials and su_cpli.es, the cost of ��hich is to be pa.id by sa3d
special asse�sment� unon benefited property, and which will be
furnisl'ied ancl delivered by the Contr�_ctor in accordance with said
pla.ns and Snecific�tion No. 1945A, on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Lynvaood. F.eferenee ia hereby made to said
.Snecifica.tions zor a full and complete�d_escription and s2id Speci-
flcations shall govern for a31 details.

SECTION 7: The City Council hereby determines and de-
clares tha.t serial bonds shall be issued in the monner end form'
- nrovided in the °Improvement Act of 1911," as amend-ed, bearin�>•
� inte��est at the rate of six per centtxm per annum to represent each �
assesement of T��enty-five Dolla.rq {�25.00), or over, remainin�; un-
paid for thirty days after th.e date of the warrant. Said_ serial
bonds shall,e�°:tend over a period ending nine years from the second
, day of January neyt succeeding the next October fifte�nth follow-
ing their date, Said Bonds and interest thereon shall be paid �.t
the office of the City Treasurer and the same sha.11 be disbursed
