THEREIN.
He it resolved by the City Council of the C1ty of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Coancil of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the l�th day of October _, 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Charlotte White, a wido�r, as to an un-
divided one-half interest, and Alethea Ray, an unmarried
woman as to the remainder
for the purchase of a11 of the right, title and intereat oP .
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council. of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve,,determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
