A RESOLDTION OF TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD R�QUESTING PERMISSION FROM THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES TO INSTALL 5���,�ER LINES IN THE
FIRST ALLEY.'EGST OF ATLANTIC AVENUE WITHIN THE
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, B�TWEEN CENTURY BOULE-
VARD AND SOUTH BOUNDARY OF TRACT 6728, MAP
BOOY 125, PAGES 19 AND 20, RECORDS OF LOS
t1NGELES COUIQTY.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follows:
'uVHEREAS, the City of Lywnood are now installins sewer
lines in the Easterly portion of the City of 7�ynwood, and
4VHEREAS, a portion of this work proposed to be installed
lies within County unincorporated territory,
NOV1:;� THERL+'F'ORF, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Super-
visors oi Los Angeles County be and they are hereby requested to
grant permission to the City of Iynwood to install an 8 inch san-
,
itary�sewer, together with house connections and appurtenant work
in the first alley Easterly from Atl<�ntic Avenue extending from
Century Boulevard south to Boundary of Tract 6728, all in accor-
dance with Plan No. 1945B on fi.le in the oPf9.ces of the County
Survevor and County Road Department.
BE IT F'[JRTHER RESOZV�'D that all maintenance work in con-
nection with the operation of said lines will be done by and at.the
expense of the said Cit,v of I�pnwood. -
ADOPTED and APPROVED this llth day of December, 1945. ,
