' Be. St resolved by,the City Counoll qf the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows;
WHEREAS, tne.Cit;�.Couricil of the Cit,y of Lynwood Has
heretofore, on the RoT.h day of _ November .,_ 194� ac-
peptQd Che q#'fer oP Weetern Housing �ompany, a Corporation
for the putchase of.c�ll'6f t�ie right, title and interest qf
. the City of Lynurood in ancl to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE; the, City Couricil of the Clty of Lyn-
wood does hemeby resol.ve; determine and order as follo,ws::
5ectlon 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said tNestern Housing Company, a Corporation
said properity 2iereinaf'ter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and ea.sements of record..
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired bq
saSd City,
Section 2.- That upon peyment to the Cit,y of Lynv;ood of
the sum of Ten and No/100 - - - - - - - _ _ _ _ _ (y�10.00)
the P�layor of the City of Lynwood is her•eby auth-
orized an3 directed to execute a deed of Conveya.nce of cer-
tain land hereinafter descrlbed, coaveyin� the same ��s above
spec4fied to t�/estern Housing Company, a Corporation

on behalf of the aeid City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to atte:t said
deed and to affix the Gity aeal of the �ity of Lyn�ood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynvfood.
Section 3. . That the Mayor a�d City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign anp
escrow agreemant necessary to complete the transfer oP said
landa.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of sa.id City is author-
ized to deliver eaid deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said coneideration shall have been paid to
said City,
SectSon 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
� described as follows, to-wit:
