RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
=n�1QD AUT�ORIZInU THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYMENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the �'ity Council of the �ity of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
, P�HEREAS, the C1ty Coancil of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 31st day of May , 1945 accept-
ed the offer of Ben,jamin Decker and Margaret B. Decker,
hueband and wife as �oint tenants
for the purchase of all of the rlght, title and interest of
the City of Lynvrood in and to certain landa lying viithin
sa1d. City;
NOW, THEREFCRE, the City Council of the �ity of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood ahall convey to
the said BenJamin DecYer and Margaret B. Decker, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, eub�ect to conditions
restrictions, reservationa and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the eum of Ten and No/100 - - - - - - - - - - - (
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood i� hereby auth-
orized and directed. to execute a deed of conveyanc of cer-
� tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Ben�amin Decker and Margaret B. Decker,
husband and wife as Joint tenants _

on behalf of Lhe said City of Lynv�ood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby e.uthorized to,attest said
deed and to affix the City aeal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynvvood.
Section 3. That the Phayor and City Clerk of said City, •
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
la nds.
Section 4. That'the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to d_eliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynvx�od, as aoon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration ehall have been paid. to

5ection 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to-wit:
� The North 15 feet of the South 45 Yeet of
Lot 144, Tract 2551, as per map recorded
in Book 24, pages 78, 79, and 80 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
